With the 2023 Acura Integra currently trending on my feed, this 90s version caught my attention. Let's dive into the new motor inside.
This is Kevin Gonzales' Acura Integra Type R. After repainting the entire shell Phoenix Yellow (2000-01 Integra Type R), including changing the nuts and bolts, it was time for Gonzales to pick a motor. The Honda K-series was was Gonzales' preferred choice, but he also added some bells and whistles, including a Precision Turbo sidewinder setup, Skunk2 Racing Ultra intake manifold, K-Tuned fuel rail, Spoon Sports reservoir cover and much much more.
