Sparco Prime EVO Race Shoe Brings Formula 1 Technology To The Track

Sparco has introduced the new Prime EVO race shoe, a lightweight motorsports shoe originally designed for Formula One use. Built with input from top-level racing teams, the Prime EVO focuses on reducing weight while improving comfort, fit, and pedal feel for drivers competing at every level.

One of the biggest highlights is the shoe’s flexible carbon fiber sole, which was developed by Sparco engineers to improve sensitivity without sacrificing support. The carbon fiber insert runs from the toe box to the heel and can be seen through the ultra-thin rubber sole. Sparco also added a full Velcro closure system, a breathable stretch tongue, an Achilles stretch panel for mobility, and a pre-formed anatomic insole for extra comfort during long stints behind the wheel.

The Prime EVO is FIA 8856-2018 approved and features an anti-static, fuel-resistant, and oil-resistant sole for added safety and durability. Sparco says the shoe is one of the lightest racing shoes available today, making it a strong option for drivers looking for Formula One-inspired performance on and off the track.
