If you asked me what my dream setup would be for building an S-chassis - this would be it. Last year, the plan for Reggie Mah was to only pull the once existing SR20 out so he could paint the engine bay, but one thing led to another and here we are today. So, Reggie is living the dream of having an S-chassis powered by a Honda motor but trying to retain as many streetcar functions is the challenge, especially if it’s your ‘daily’. Now, personally, I don’t know how many K swapped S15s there are that aren’t full-on race cars, but the idea for this build was to try and keep it as OEM as possible in terms of functionality, but with the ability to perform on track. Currently, the S15 is only running on pump gas and using a wastegate spring pressure at 12psi, and it puts around 350 rear-wheel horsepower with a stock K24 long block.
